Our group fitness classes are 60-minute, high-intensity workouts designed to give you a full-body workout. Each class consists of four methods designed to target different muscle groups while improving flexibility and endurance.

Even in the group setting, we work with you to customize each workout to your personal fitness level and goals. Our low 1:6 trainer-client ratio ensures you receive one-on-one attention and adjustments throughout class. No matter where you are on your fitness and wellness journey, Metric Fitness Lab group training will keep you moving forward.

Personal Fitness

Personal training at Metrics Fitness Lab is tailored to meet your specific goals and health. Enjoy one-on-one attention from an experienced, professional trainer in a private and comfortable setting. We customize our personal training sessions to fit your unique fitness abilities and needs, whether you’re working around an injury or disability, or navigating a new stage in your fitness journey.

Personal training sessions are 30 or 45-minute uniquely developed workouts available by appointment only. As the Metrics Fitness Lab team grows, we continue to become better equipped to work with your schedule.
