TRAINER, FOUNDER
Driven by a personal journey of overcoming struggles with weight and body image, Ike founded Metrics Fitness Lab to transform his passion for nutrition and fitness into a mission for others. He established his studio on the belief that the industry often prioritizes aesthetics at the expense of physical health, leading to avoidable injuries and structural issues.
