BEGIN WITH A $75 MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
Start with a one-on-one Movement Assessment ($75), a focused session designed to give you clear answers about how your body is actually functioning. We assess your posture, gait, joint alignment, and movement patterns to identify the root causes of pain, tightness, or limitations — not just the symptoms.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s really going on, plus a clear, personalized plan outlining what to release, what to strengthen, and exactly how to move forward.
This isn’t a generic fitness assessment — it’s a biomechanics-based roadmap for building a stronger, more resilient, pain-free body.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
BEGIN WITH 5 SESSIONS FOR $50
For $50, you’ll receive five 60-minute sessions to use within 30 days, giving you the opportunity to train directly with Ike, Founder and Master Trainer at Metrics Fitness Lab, and experience the methodology firsthand.
The first few sessions focus on targeted releases, posture, and learning how to move correctly through our training methods, while the later sessions introduce more structured workouts that build strength on top of those foundations. This intro series is designed to help you understand how your body moves, reduce unnecessary tension, and see real improvement quickly — so you can decide if biomechanics-based training is the right long-term path for you.
