How is Metrics Fitness Lab different from other fitness studios around town?


At Metrics our entire training program is based on optimizing human movement. We want you to move well so that you'll be inspired to move often. And with consistency, reach your fitness goals. Every exercise movement we teach you is directly related to the way humans function in the gait cycle (walking, running, throwing). You are the most important part of our community so we employ every available resource to help you WIN! Check out the Our Difference video.




How early should I arrive?


Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first scheduled session with us. During that time we will perform a movement assessment, set you up with a heart rate monitor, and take you through a short orientation so that you feel successful after your very first visit.




How long is each session?


Each session is 1 hour long. It is carefully crafted by our expert personal trainers to guide you through a training session, specific to your needs.




What should I bring to the workout?


Arrive to the Metrics Fitness Lab studio in comfortable clothes that allow you to move with ease. Members are most comfortable in sneakers. We have complimentary bottled water and workout towels for your convenience. Bring your positive attitude and we will cater to the rest.




What can I expect for my first session?


You can expect to get a great workout in a welcoming environment. We know beginning a new fitness program can bring hesitation from all of the unknowns. Take a look at the What to Expect video above and let us remove any hesitation so you can experience this exciting total body workout.
