SEMI-PRIVATE

Semi-private training is for people who already move fairly well and want structured, intelligent fitness training with coaching and accountability, without the cost of one-on-one.

​

This is not random bootcamp-style exercise. It’s not novelty workouts that change every day. It’s the same biomechanics-first methodology used in personal training, delivered in a small group setting.

WHAT IS IT?

We begin with targeted myofascial releases to reduce tightness and improve joint motion. Then we move into prep work to activate the right muscles and reinforce posture and breathing. From there, we train through three timed methods focused on strength, coordination, and movement efficiency. After completing all methods twice, we finish with a cool down.

Instead of changing workouts daily, we use a “Workout of the Week” approach.

Repetition builds coordination. Repeating the same movements for a full week allows clients to truly learn them, improve them, and move better — instead of constantly starting over.

​

Groups are small (2–8 people), and coaching is constant. I’m actively correcting form and giving feedback the entire session. Even though it’s a group, the programming is still individualized. You may be doing something completely different than the person next to you based on what your body needs.

Everyone! Open to the public and Metrics clients alike to relieve tension from daily activities and poor posture.

Expert-guided techniques to restore muscle length-tension relationships and hydrate tissue.
