Once your body and movement are assessed, our personal trainers are able to train you in all 3 planes of motion in order to see results in body fat loss, weight loss, muscle gain, and decreased inches in the mid-section. 
PROPER HUMAN MOVEMENT IS ESSENTIAL.
New training exercises will continue to enter the marketplace. Some are fads while others show true results. We believe your movement has to be the primary focus of every fitness program. Without it, you will increase your likelihood of injury and decrease your chances of obtaining your desired results. SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

PERSONAL: Using your movement assessment as a guide, the trainers modify each exercise in the session to challenge your abilities and help you meet your fitness goals.

EXPERTISE: Metrics Certified Personal Trainers are experts in function. Their education and experience equips them to properly identify movement dysfunctions, and then create a powerfully effective program to transform your body for optimal performance.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Get the motivation of a group by your side, with the personal attention of a dedicated trainer. Our supportive community provides accountability inside and outside the Lab. We use heart rate monitor technology, 6-week measurement check-ins, the nutrition app, and fun monthly challenges to ensure you see results and keep your body moving.

REGENERATION SESSIONS

Regeneration sessions are for EVERYONE! You do not have to be a Metrics client to enjoy the benefits of these sessions.

The purpose of these semi-private, 1-hour sessions, is to bring balance back to the body. It will help you restore the length-tension relationship between your muscles that are caused by the repetitive motion from daily activities, poor posture habits, and unbalanced workout routines. Trainers will expertly guide you through strategic myofascial release techniques to offer relief in each of your major muscle groups. Feel better than ever in just one Regeneration session.

PRIVATE RECOVERY SESSION

The purpose of the private recovery session is to dive deeper into your individual movement dysfunctions, and we all have them. This session has two goals; to restore efficient movement and to inhibit overactive muscles with myofascial release so they can produce optimal force. Producing optimal force allows you to be more athletic, and build proper muscle; making your body function as it was designed to.

WHO IS IT FOR?

  • The athlete, the weekend warrior, and the workaholic need recovery from repetitive motion 

  • The parent who develops imbalances from sitting, driving, or carrying children

  • The student who has inefficiencies from cell phone use and poor desk posture

  • The mature adult who has limited range of motion

  • We use manual and Hyper Ice tools to aid in your recovery

  • Sessions are available in 15 and 30 minutes options

KIDS SESSIONS

In this summertime program, we encourage kids to develop a strong relationship with fitness and view movement as fun. Our personal trainers will engage kids 6-14 in games and exercises that improve coordination, balance, and movement. 


For youth, ages 10-14 years, we teach them how to jump, land, roll, run, accelerate, decelerate, cut, throw, and swing correctly. This will prepare them for sports and athletic programs and reduce the risk of injury as they grow.
