Our semi-private offerings combine targeted strength training with restorative recovery to ensure a complete, injury-free fitness experience. Whether you are building functional power in our performance sessions or restoring balance in a Recovery session, you’ll receive expert, small-group coaching designed to optimize your movement and long-term health.

Both individual sessions and membership options are available. 

ONE-ON-ONE

Our one-on-one services provide a fully customized fitness and nutrition strategy, using extensive movement evaluations to help you overcome specific physical dysfunctions or limitations. By integrating private recovery sessions that utilize manual techniques and Hyper Ice tools, we dive deep into your individual needs to inhibit overactive muscles and restore the functional movement your body was designed for.
