ONE-ON-ONE

Most personal training starts with a workout.

We start with a diagnosis.

​If you’re in pain, stiff, or frustrated because nothing has worked, another hard workout isn’t the solution. Adding intensity to poor mechanics only makes things worse. So we begin by figuring out exactly why your body is having problems.

Your first session includes a detailed movement and posture evaluation. I listen to what you’re feeling, take notes, and validate everything visually through posture photos, gait analysis, and real-time movement. From there, we identify the one or two biggest mechanical issues causing your pain or limitations.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSION

WHAT IS IT?

Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and fully customized. Some days we focus on targeted releases. Some days we work on breathing and posture. Some days we build strength. Sometimes we spend the entire session correcting one movement pattern because that’s what your body needs. We meet you exactly where you are and progress from there.
 

After your first visit, you’re taught the specific myofascial releases your body needs so you can handle daily maintenance on your own. Between sessions, we stay connected through WhatsApp with text, video feedback, and weekly check-ins so you always know what to practice and what to avoid.
 

While we correct mechanics, you’ll still build muscle, burn calories, and get stronger — but strength is built on top of integrity, not dysfunction.

PRIVATE RECOVERY SESSION

WHAT IS IT?
Private recovery sessions are targeted, hands-on recovery sessions designed to address specific movement restrictions — not general relaxation or guesswork.

These sessions are only performed after the Movement Assessment, so we clearly understand your posture, biomechanics, and the root causes of your limitations first. Every release is intentional and based on what your evaluation shows is actually interfering with your structure and movement.

During the session, you remain fully clothed while I use my hands and traditional, hands-on release tools to apply precise pressure to targeted myofascial adhesions and restrictions.

The goal is to strategically free up the areas that are limiting your mechanics so you can move better, train more effectively, and reduce pain long term.

This is biomechanics-based recovery with a clear purpose, not a relaxation service.
