SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion and bring a pair of clean indoor-only sneakers. We provide all the specialized equipment, including heart rate monitors and recovery tools.
Yes—this is our specialty. We use extensive research and corrective techniques to address movement dysfunctions and interrupt the cumulative injury cycle, helping you build strength while protecting your joints.
Unlike gyms that focus solely on aesthetics or high-intensity "burns," Metrics focuses on movement efficiency and corrective exercise. We prioritize how your body functions and moves across all three planes of motion to ensure you see results without the risk of injury.
Not at all. Our programs are designed for every starting point, from mature adults to athletes. Because every plan begins with a personal movement assessment, we meet you exactly where your body is today.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first scheduled session with us. During that time we will perform a movement assessment, set you up with a heart rate monitor, and take you through a short orientation so that you meet with success on your very first visit.

We offer a variety of times to fit busy schedules. Semi-private sessions typically run throughout the morning and evening, while one-on-one sessions are scheduled by appointment to ensure you have the trainer's full attention.
