Our 6-Week Nutrition Plans are strategically designed by a registered dietitian for those with fat loss goals and are available for immediate purchase and access. This version is built for anyone, anywhere — using practical structure and widely available national restaurant options — so you can start improving your nutrition right now without needing to live in Auburn or participate in the live Challenge.

 

Most 6-Week Challenge clients follow the 1400 kcal plan. If you answer yes to any of the following questions, we recommend choosing the 1700 kcal plan:

  • Are you a male that weighs over 140 pounds?

  • Are you a female that weighs over 170 pounds?

  • Are you a nursing mother?
